A textbook definition of cowardice - Countdown with Keith Olbermann - MSNBC.com
I saw a clip of Clinton’s interview on “Faux” Fox News somewhere on Monday (don’t remember where) and was like, “Holy crap!” The part I saw was when he was calling out Chris Wallace (and, really, the media in general) for not grilling GWB with questions about what he did the way he (Clinton) was being grilled that day.
Then on the radio today I heard GWB’s response to the interview; and, well, all I can say about it was GWB sounded like a whiny little kid to me. “Waaaaah! Billy’s bein’ mean to meeeeee and he’s a mean ol’ liaaaarrrrr! Waaaaaaah!” He’s just pissed off because someone had the balls to call him out on his crap…his predecessor, no less. GWB was all like, “History will judge this administration,” and blah, blah, blah. Yeah, history will judge this administration…as a miserable failure. *nods*
Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez gave GWB a verbal smackdown at the UN today.
Now, while I wouldn’t go so far as to refer to GWB as “the devil”, I do think Chavez brought up some good points, especially about this country’s dependency on oil. At the same time, though, it’s somewhat ironic coming from the leader of a country that produces quite a bit of the stuff.
Ah well.
The Best War Ever is a new film and documentary–the creators of which claim the administration believed the lies, rhetoric, and propaganda it was spouting to, pretty much, destroy itself.
