CBC News: Final 9/11 report warns of danger ahead

On Monday, the commission issued its final report and it gives a dismal grade to the White House and Congress. After billions of dollars spent and a bureaucratic shakeup since the initial report, the commission’s 10-member panel believes the U.S. is still in grave danger.

“There are many things that people think have been done that simply haven’t been done. Our leadership has been distracted in this country. Some of the failures are shocking,” said commission co-chair Thomas Kean.

Hrm, I wonder what said distraction was. It couldn’t have been that country whose name starts with an “I” and ends with “Q”, now, could it? ;)
