It's just customizing it that's a pain sometimes (but it can be done!), and it's had a few snags with Wordpress 2.5 -- mainly with K2's own sidebar widgets competing with Wordpress's integrated widgets. I was considering trying it out, only because I like the rolling archives. I want to use my current theme on my site though.
