The court in Rivas, Nicaragua has forwarded Eric’s case file to the Appellate court.
In accordance with Nicaraguan law, the Appellate Court may take up to 6 days to hold the formal hearing; the verdict follows within 5 days of the Hearing.
As you are all aware innocent, unjustly and wrongly accused Eric Volz is languishing in one of the most inhumane and hostile prisons in Nicaragua called La Modelo located 20 minutes outside of Mangua, Nicragua for a crime that he didn’t commit . It is also a fact that at his January 26,2007 trial held in Ravis, Nicaragua overwhelming concrete key evidence that would have exhonorated him was blantently inorged and dismissed by the judge and prosecutor trying the case, due to a hidden political agenda on the part of the Nicaraguan government and head of the left wing, angry, revenge seeking Santanista mother Mercedes Alvarado Hermanez whose poor, unfortunate, murdered daughter and who is also Eric Volz’s ex-girlfriend, Doris Hermanez .
Fact: Head of the angry, revenge seeking, left wing Santanista Mercedes Alvarado Hermanez not only incited a nicraguan riot with the pupose killing unjustly and wrongly accused Eric Volz at the time of his Rivas Nicaragua trial. Mercedes Alvardo Hermanez and her revenge seeking Santanista family also publicly vowed in revengeful retalition to have innocence Eric Volz killed in prison.
Fact: There is publicly televised proof of ant-semitism by the Nicaraguan people and by the Nicaraguan judge and prosecutor trying his January 26, 2007 case. There is venomous racially movitated hate toward Eric Volz because he is an american in a forgein land. Not only in the Nicaraguan Media but in the You tube short film “Evidence Against Eric Volz”-Nicaraguan Films.
Wrongly and unjustly convicted Eric Volz is only one of many scapegoats that the Nicaraguans will convict, incarcerate and persecute by using racist, unjust, kangroo court style, bias, hate motivated, vile bull-shit smear campaigns for trivial offences not warrenting a court hearing. Americans are not alone in this situation, europeans, canadians and all forgeiners are at risk of becoming wrongly and unjustly persecuted for the trivialist of offences by Nicaragua. In light of this evidence, I feel that a nationwide and worldwide boycott is in order to help support and free unjustly and wrongly accused innocent american Eric Volz. It is my feeling that the people of the free world should boycott any products made by Nicaragua and any trips to Nicaragua in a show of international support of Eric Volz and his family. You too can make a difference in the life of Eric Volz and his family and you can help Eric to gain his freedom from the oppression of a totalitarian Nicaraguan regime.
