…and his name is Keith Olbermann. Check out this op-ed of his.
“In the 1920’s a failed Austrian painter published a book in which he explained his intention to build an Aryan super-state in Germany and take revenge on Europe and eradicate the Jews,†President Bush said today, “the world ignored Hitler’s words, and paid a terrible price.â€
Then, over eighty years after Hitler wrote/published Mein Kampf (sp?), a former Texas governor–and son of a former president–received a memo (along with his work colleagues) saying that there was a plan in the works to attack the United States. They ignored the memo. I think you know the rest. Of course, the quoted words also come from a guy who (seemingly) joked after his “appointment” to the presidency in 2000 that, “If this were a dictatorship, it’d be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I’m the dictator.”
On a somewhat related note, Mother Jones’ website has a timeline of events leading up to and including September 11, 2001, as well as the events leading up to the war in Iraq.

Wow. So true.
